Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000
Summary:
Responsible for client system tracking/auditing. Inside sales development and quoting. Provide knowledge, solutions, and customer service. Develop internal audit programs and procedures.
Responsibilities
• Reconcile client network/systems with management tools.
• Source new sales opportunities as identified by auditing/inventory analysis.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate team member for further development.
• Develop and automate reporting processes both internally and client facing.
• Update internal documentation and policies, make recommendations as needed.
• Audit internal IT services for Cisco Meraki, Datto RMM, Cisco Endpoint, Dell/HP Hardware, Computer Warranties, Systems patching, password management, Office 365
• Oversee internal support systems and hold team members accountable.
• Evaluate and implement IT documentation solutions.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
Requirements
• Proficiency in assessing and auditing various technical environments, including networks, systems, databases, and applications. Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools, penetration testing methodologies, and security assessment frameworks.
• Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption methods. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex technical environments and identify security vulnerabilities.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge of customer service operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 Years IT Experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of MS office applications
• Must complete a background check
