Dietary Staff (Cook)
Department: Dietary
Schedule: Full Time (64 hours/pay period)
Shift/Hours: Hours will predominantly be flexible daytime hours with some weekend work required.
Job Details: Positon Summary Functions as a member of the Salina Surgical Hospital Dietary Department assisting the Salina Surgical Hospital healthcare team by preparing appetizing, nutritionally sound meals to satisfy the appetites, diet restrictions and needs of our patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff.
Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Significant culinary skills as demonstrated through job experiences and references
General understanding of therapeutic diets or willingness to learn Lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds
Certifications N/A
