Department: Dietary
Schedule: Full Time (64 hours/pay period)
Shift/Hours: Generally, 3 days/week 9:30 am 6:00 p.m. and 2 days/week 2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
Hours are flexible and occasional weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Position Summary
Functions as a member of the Salina Surgical Hospital Dietary Department assisting the Salina Surgical Hospital healthcare team by providing appetizing, nutritionally sound meals of sufficient quantity to satisfy the appetites and needs of our patients, families, physicians, nursing staff and other support staff.
Position Qualifications
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or documented work experience in the Food Service field.
Must be able to comprehend and follow both written and oral instructions.
Healthcare experience preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times.
