Department: Surgery
Schedule: 80 hours/pay period
Shift: 4 days/week. 10 hours/day.

POSITION SUMMARY
Performs general diagnostic radiographs, operates imaging equipment with a PACs System. Other duties may include, but are not limited to, assisting Instrument Techs in the cleaning and sterilization of instruments, general cleaning, running errands, relaying messages, assisting with patient care and room turnover. Assists the scheduler with scheduling surgeries and procedures in the computer system.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Graduate from a Radiology Technology Program. Must maintain registered status.
- One years experience in an acute care hospital with surgery experience
preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS
Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation
