Job Description:
Money Automotive is now hiring for a Service Manager to join their team!
Duties:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service department
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments
- Assign work orders to technicians and monitor progress
- Conduct quality control checks on completed repairs and services
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including invoices, estimates, and warranties
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Proven experience in customer service and problem-solving
- Knowledge of auto body repair, tire service, alignment, brake repair, automotive diagnostics, and air brake systems
- Previous experience in auto service management or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
