Minimum experience and education qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human services field, masters preferred
Demonstrated success collaborating with multiple agencies
Staff management & grant administration experience preferred
Knowledge of child welfare system preferred

Strong leadership capabilities
Ability to work independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Commitment to the mission of improving childrens lives
