Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Exline Sales and Marketing department is hiring a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR).

The Customer Service representative provides support to account managers, project managers and customers primarily using the company CRM system. CSR will input customer requests, create customer quotes and communicate with all stakeholders on the status of current jobs.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Resolve customer questions related to jobs and services.
Work with account managers and company via reports, daily updates, telephone, email, etc.
Maintain customer database.
Setup, review and activate customer opportunities.
Follow up with customers on quotes.
Receive, confirm and file purchase orders.
Make sure jobs are set up according to purchase orders.
Follow job progress through shop.
Other duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:
Comfortable working with customers as this position will involve considerable customer interface.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizations skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks and ask for assistance when appropriate.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent GED
