We are looking for high-energy, motivated, and service-oriented individuals ready to become HVAC Sales Superstars!!
Position Summary
• The bright, sales driven closer that we select will act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
• This dependable self-starter will drive to our sales locations, meet with current and potential customers in their homes and evaluate and present options for new or replacement HVAC systems or components.
• You will be committed to relationship selling with our customers and earn repeat business through excellent performance.
• Your ultimate goal will be to meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment all while performing excellent customer service and making our customers happy!
• Responsible for all paperwork financing, rebate, tax credit as well as ensuring collection of payment
• Perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing and financing
• Responsible for taking pictures of all existing work
• Make a complete and accurate list of all equipment and material needed to complete an installation
• Thoroughly communicate and explain all guarantees and warranties to the customer
Education and Qualifications:
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience
• Experience in the HVAC industry preferred but not necessary
Personal Attributes:
• Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to excel
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to participate in a team environment.
• Must be professional at all times.
• Must be able to complete paperwork legibly
