Production - Days/Evenings - Part -Time

Positions Available: Part-time, 1st Shift & 2nd Shift Production, all plant areas—Raw Lumber, Finish, Assembly, and Shipping.

Helpful Background:
General Construction knowledge with experience using pneumatic staple and nail guns, tape measure in US Standard, and metric measurement. Teamwork, good communication, and attention to detail.

Wages: $18.00 / Hour ($16.00 Base Pay + $2.00 / Attendance Incentive). After the 60-day Training Period, Add 1) Certification Pay + 2) Production Incentive Pay. Add more Certification Pay (Up to $2.00 / hour) as new skills are obtained. Additional Growth: Technical Pay with skilled positions. Production Incentive Pay is based on specific numbers being achieved in production. Production Incentive Pay ranges from $0.75 to $3.88 / regular hour. Production Incentive paid on overtime hours.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - Midnight (Range of Hours). Set schedules may encompass anything between the hours and days listed. IE, 3 - 8 hour days (24 Hours) or 4 - 5 hour days (20 Hours). Examples for different sitiuations.

Requirements:
• General construction experience utilizing saws, machine operation, and pneumatic tools is helpful. On-the-job training is available for candidates willing to learn without experience.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to review products and materials during the manufacturing process
• Communicate verbally or in written form.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Follow safety requirements
• Desire to build quality cabinetry
• Willingness to listen to and receive instruction
• A desire to learn and retain information
• Ability to transport up to 50 pounds regularly
• Able to remain stationary for long periods
• Willing to learn wood species, finishes (stains and paints), and cabinet parts for assembly.

Responsibilities:
• Be able to work effectively and courteously with co-workers
• Understand and follow safety guidelines, including wearing company-provided protective equipment
• Provide regular and consistent attendance - be on time for the work schedule
• Contribute to the creation of quality parts as defined by company-provided quality standards
• Willingly participate in all training
• Be motivated to achieve production targets and other key performance measures
