Job Description:
Local Independent Insurance Agency is seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Sales Professional with demonstrated experience that will help grow the agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships with clients. You will work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance that helps clients protect their homes, vehicles, farms and small businesses. You will also apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the clients understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships as a trusted advisor. This position is FULL TIME Monday through Friday. Excellent compensation program and benefits package.
Licensed Insurance Sales Professional Responsibilities:
Generate sales
Service existing clients
Identify cross sell opportunities
Build business referral relationships
Process policy changes
Processing new applications
Licensed Insurance Sales Producer Qualifications:
At least three year of sales experience preferred
Property & Casualty License
Customer focused
Excellent phone presence
Must be organized, able to multi-task, and efficient
Candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, have a positive attitude, and be team oriented
PC and typing skills, Excel, Word, and Outlook
