Roles and Responsibilities:
Incoming point for all orders needing engineering review for Med Pads > 1500 KV.
Maintain nameplate log: enter work orders, sales paperwork, next steps and note changes.
Prepare nameplates: load etcher, cut printed nameplates, and distribute as needed.
Handle DGA test kits, chain of custody, and Field Service customer shipments.
Maintain transformer inventory system: add photos, remove items salvaged or sold, substations, surplus radiators.
Order parts and materials.
Gather data to perform basic calculations.
Education and Qualifications:
Electrical/Electronic Technology education, preferred.
Associate's Degree preferred.
Computer skills in Excel and Word required.
0-3 years transformer manufacturing experience, preferred.
Cooperative attitude towards all internal customers, the customer on site, dependable and reliable.
Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in where required.
Requirements
High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
Experience with MS Office and data programs
Familiarity with administrative duties
Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
Typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Attention to detail
Confidentiality
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
