KANSAS JUDICIAL BRANCH
NOTICE OF PROMOTION OPPORTUNITY

POSITION TITLE:Trial Court Clerk II
POSITION #: K0068654

GRADE: Grade 18,
$16.43 per hour, starting, plus benefits
$16. 84 per hour, after 6 months
$18.11 per hour, after 1yr.


JOB DUTIES:
The duty station will be in the Saline County Clerk of the District Court Office. This position involves standardized work duties, which follow well-established procedures. Duties may include receiving and filing documents to include electronic filing, scanning/ documents, data entry, receipting monies, setting hearings and maintaining court calendars. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as it provides information and assistance to judiciary, attorneys, law enforcement agencies, state agencies and the public. This position will also perform any other related duties as directed by the Court Administrator, Clerk of the District Court or supervisor.


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from high school or equivalency.


PREFERREDS: Experience working in a court setting or having clerical work experience.
