OCCK, Inc. is looking for a Service Coordination Specialist.
This person will coordinate supports for individuals with disabilities to promote independence and inclusion in their communities. This will include assisting individuals in securing services such as Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, State funding, vocational rehabilitation, and other community resources. Develop professional relationships with customers, families, service providers, and all other members of the persons support team. Bachelors Degree and six months full time experience in the field of human services required. Additional full time experience in the field of developmental disabilities services may be substituted for the degree at the rate of six months full time experience for each semester. Other qualifications include strong oral and written communication skills, computer skills, and a valid Kansas drivers license or access to transportation.
Other qualifications include being resourceful, motivated, enthusiastic, and the ability to take initiative.
