Job Description:
Ka-Comm, Inc., a leader in critical communications since 1960, has an opening for a Full-Time Sales Representative in our Salina office.
Ka-Comm designs, sells, installs, and maintains communication systems for public safety agencies around the State of Kansas. We are a leader in the building and designing of public safety vehicles. In addition to the Salina KS location, Ka-Comm operates facilities in Emporia, Manhattan, Wichita and Olathe KS
The successful candidate must be able to work independently and with a team of electronic technicians and equipment installers. Prior experience in public safety or experience with emergency vehicle equipment preferred. Job duties consist of the sale and installation coordination of public safety emergency equipment to include lights, sirens, consoles, video systems, radar systems and partitions. Primary position will be to coordinate the sales of two way radio equipment and systems in both a public and private industry setting. Criminal background check will be conducted. Some travel required to include North Central Kansas and West.
Compensation based on qualifications and experience. Salary package to include base salary with commission sales structure. Benefit package to include Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, and Health Insurance.
