Job Description:
Job Purpose: Responsible for business development / Subscription Management via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing on services and products within the Customer Care sector.
Essential Functions
1. Work to achieve team-based sales targets and financial objectives.
2. Responsible for selling Subscriptions, Services and Parts Kits to Contractor and Government Customers.
3. Responsible for input and tracking of Benedict sales opportunities and leads.
4. Track current B-FIT, InPave and EMCADS-Pro Subscriptions and develop sales plans to increase sales.
5. Manage client relationship and develop individual plans to move customers Up and to the Right using TAMU principles.
6. Maintain accurate and real-time customer data within CRM.
7. Maintain constant communication with Product Support about the activities and leads.
8. Responsible for administering and coordinating the Industrial Vending Sales System.
9. Backfill Parts Sales/Pull Pack Ship on an as-needed basis.
10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, personal networks, and participating in professional societies and associations.

1. Associate degree or equivalent work experience, plus one to three years sales background preferred.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate detailed information to customers, coworkers and management.
3. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact in a positive and professional manner to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, coworkers and management.
4. Overnight domestic is required ten (10) percent of the time.
5. Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, procedure manuals, schematics, and job instructions.
6. Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence.
7. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
8. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
10. Ability to operate computer and computer software, to include Microsoft Office products.
11. Possess confidence and tenacity.
12. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

The noise level in the work environment is occasional high. This position requires constant travel, which may involve exposure to extreme weather elements.
