Machine Operator (Novice)
Description
This position is responsible for supporting the winding department.
Cutting and slitting insulation for winding and stacking coils.
Acting as the back-up paper slitter when needed.
Cutting paper components for units.
Requirements
Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
Ability to measure and cut to specifications; read a tape measure.
Help team members resolve questions, assist with the workload.
A dependable and strong work ethic; works safely.
Profession language and conduct at all times.
Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in where required.
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift
