Prep & Paint Lead
Geoprobe® is looking for a high character individual to lead our Geoprobe® Paint Shop team! This team is responsible for ensuring that Geoprobe® machines and machine component parts are prepped, painted, and checked to customer specifications in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
This position will work with other team leads to plan jobs, order materials, track quality and productivity, and continuously improve operations. This individual will effectively lead this team in daily operations by setting high standards for safe operations, quality work, and productivity. As a leader it will be important to provide technical and craft expertise, leading by example by personally doing some of the most challenging jobs.
Proven expertise in sandblasting, priming, painting, and inspecting industrial products is required. Strong time management, problem solving, organization, and decision-making skills are important for this position. Previous leadership or supervisory training is preferred. Proficiency with MS – Office product suite is necessary to communicate track information.
