Crestwood, Inc. has available Part-Time Production Positions! We have a variety of part-time positions available in the areas of Shipping, Final Assembly, Finish Operations and/or Machine Operation. Schedules can be within the time frame of 7:30AM-12:00AM (Midnight), Monday - Thursday; 7:30AM - 7:00PM Fridays and 7:30AM - 3:30PM on Saturdays. Part-Time employee hours are anywhere from sixteen (16) hours per week to a maximum of twenty-five (25) hours per week. Days and time schedules may vary depending on needs of employee. We can work with college schedules, full-time work schedules, parent schedules and active retirement schedules.
Job Duties may change within the scheduled day or week. We are looking for candidates who like to learn a variety of jobs and be able to switch to different job tasks! Loading trucks, wrapping cabinetry & shelves, assembly of cabinetry, applying finish or machine operation are some of the different job assignments. Quality, Safety, Teamwork and Reliability are the primary focus of these job assignments. This group must be relied upon to work as a team and independently to complete assignments.
Qualifications
• Experience in Shop Class/Woods/Wood Technology/Cabinet Making is very helpful!
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to work within a team setting or independently.
• Ability to use a tape measure, lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. Loading Trucks requires lifting up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis. [Assigned to specific employees]
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Positive Outlook, Problem Solving Skills
Schedule Examples:
• 7:30AM - 11:30AM, Monday - Friday (20 hours / week)
• 12:00PM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday (25 hours / week)
• 4:00PM - 9:00PM, Monday - Thursday (20 hours / week)
• 10:00AM - 3:00PM, Monday - Thursday (20 hours / week)
• 6:00PM - 10:00PM, Monday - Thursday (16 hours / week)
• 7:30AM - 4:00PM, Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday (24 hours / week)
• 7:30AM - 3:00PM, Thursday / Friday / Saturday (21 hours / week)

Wage
• $16.00 / hour scheduled 16-25 hours / week
• $1.00 / hour Attendance Incentive
• After Successful Completion of 204 Training Hours:
• Add Certification Pay (up to $2.00 earning potential)
• Eligible for Production Incentive Pay (Range: $0.75 - $4.50 earning potential)
• Eligible for Holiday Pay
• Accrue Paid-Time Off (PTO) or Vacation Time to utilize
