Wage
$18.00 / Hour Start ($16.00 / Hour + $2 / Regular Hour Attendance Incentive)
After 60-Day Training Period: Add 1) Certification Pay + 2) Production Incentive Pay (Range $0.75 -
$4.50 / Hour!)

Schedules
1st Shift Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. (After 60-Days - Scheduled 5 - 9 Hour Shifts, Monday Friday
Priority Building custom cabinets in a safe, timely manner with quality in every corner. The process starts
with our Customers wanting beautiful, well-made cabinetry for their home or business. Part of the
process includes the Cabinet Builder to ensure a finely built cabinet will be delivered to our
Customer.

Helpful Background: General Construction
knowledge with experience using pneumatic staple & nail guns, tape measure in US Standard and
metric measurement. Teamwork, good communication and attention to detail!
Overall Focus This position encompasses three areas of focus: 1) Know your parts to assemble (just be willing
to learn); 2) You get to use tools (safely)!; and, 3) Computer use (the instruction notes are online,
no chance to lose them! These three areas all fit together for the person of detail and quality focus.
Details Physical Demands - Expect 50 pounds regularly, anything heavier - two-person lift.
The area is fast-paced! You pull material from carts (above and below your shoulders),
place on a building table and move the finished cabinet from the table.
Safety/Personal Protective Equipment - Work Safe for You & Others! Lift properly, use tools in safe
manner, wear eye and hearing protection.
