Job Description:
Abilene Machine LLC, has an opening for an experienced Maintenance worker, at our Solomon, KS, location. Abilene Machine, is one of the largest, most innovative Ag replacement parts companies in the US. The successful candidate will have an experienced background in structural and equipment maintenance, including forklift, hoist and vehicle maintenance. Day to day responsibilities may include assisting the Maintenance supervisor with electrical projects that do not require a licensed electrician, or structural and grounds upkeep.
This position performs work an industrial, non-climate controlled environment. The employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts, can be physically demanding, requiring heavy lift ability. The employee may work near electrical units, and may require special PPE.
