Job Description:


Exline, Inc., a repair and manufacturing service company serving the needs of large industrial power, oil and gas markets is accepting applications for a full-time permanent IT Support person. This position will support the use of technology at Exline. The responsibilities for this position will include:

• Diagnose computer errors and provide technical support
• Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues
• Assist end-users how to setup and use new technologies
• Backup and restore an organization's data files and systems
• Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems
• Clean and repair computer hardware
• Provide technical support, in person or remotely
• Manage office phone system and cell phones
• Manage various IT related support and maintenance subscriptions
• Technology Procurement
• Create and update documentation of IT processes
• Software license audits
• VPN support
Required Skills:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, computer Science or related field
• Active Directory user administration
• Effectively communicate with End Users
• Microsoft Office troubleshooting and administration
• Microsoft Windows network environment
Additional Skills that would be Beneficial:
• Experience with Apple iOS troubleshooting and administration
• VMWare Administration experience
• Office 365 experience
