Salina Family Healthcare Center\Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency Program

The primary duties of this position are to provide collaborative management of the Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency Program (SHFM) to ensure continued program accreditation, to provide administrative support to the Program Director, Faculty and Medical Residents, and to act as an education coordinator between the attending physicians, residents, medical students and institutional offices.

The Residency Program Manager must also demonstrate the above skills for the larger institution by organizing and independently prioritizing work, establishing procedures and systems and ensuring orderly and timely flow through the office.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related degree is required. In lieu of formal education experience, 4 years of experience in a healthcare, management or medical education environment can be substituted.
