Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or APRN-C)

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work to limit barriers to healthcare access through collaboration with the SFHC Community Outreach department. This position will be responsible for providing healthcare services at off-site community clinics, home visits, school and workplace-based clinics, and in-house urgent care clinics.
Requirements include a valid KS license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and the ability to work a flexible schedule with hours outside of typical business needs. 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred, but not required.
Screening and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
