Ellsworth County Medical Center is looking for a Clinic C.N.A./Patient Access Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a patient-focused, team-based environment, and actively commits to our mission of Improving Lives.
The role of the Clinic C.N.A./Patient Access Representative is to ensure timely patient intake, which is paramount in keeping patient appointment times on schedule. The C.N.A. is also responsible for cleaning/stocking exam rooms and checking for outdates on a daily basis. Weekly, this position is responsible for cleaning, organizing, and checking medication outdates of the sample closet. The C.N.A. must have demonstrated experience with obtaining vital signs, patient history, and other pertinent patient information along with the ability to document appropriately. This position will also cross train into the Patient Access Representative position to provide appropriate coverage when needed. The role of the Patient Access Representative is to interview patients and/or their representative to obtain demographic and financial information, answer phones, schedule appointments, transfer calls appropriately, compose messages, and provide general information.

SALARY: Starting at $14/hr
SHIFT: Days 36-40 hours/week
$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Experience & Skills Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience preferred or previous experience in a fast-paced clinic setting
