Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Position Summary:

Responsible for training of Call Center Associates. Schedules personnel to staff call center. Functions as the call center software administrator to monitor and ensure continuous call center operation. Maintains SRHC's standards in customer service and conduct. Possesses excellent verbal and written skills.




POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

High School or equivalent; Must be 18 years old



Minimum Experience

2 years previous experience in call center environment


2 years experience with call center software



Required Registration/License/Certification

None
