Job Description:

Payroll/Benefits Administrator

This position is responsible for a variety of aspects relating to payroll and benefits.
Process payroll as needed.
Process all transactions related to payroll and benefits.
Reporting for various departments, as needed.
Serve as the administrator for the Time and Labor System.
Host benefit meetings and enter data, as required.
Responsible for certain portions of 401K LOA, Child Support and Garnishment processing.
Support the rollout of new Kronos modules and assist with training and implementation, as needed.
Requirements
2-5 years experience related to HR, payroll or benefit administration.
HR Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Microsoft office experience, 2-4 years.
Certifications a plus, PHR, SHRM-CP, FPC.
Kronos software experience, preferred.
Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
Help team members resolve questions and help with the work load.
A dependable and strong work ethic, works safely.
Professional language and conduct at all times.
Ability to learn other areas sufficient to fill in where required.

Shift: 1st Shift
Starting Pay: $16.86-$20.58
Hours: 8-5pm M-F
