Job Description:
Herington Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing has a full time position open for a lead office manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Answering the phone and taking detailed messages
-Scheduling service work with customers and lining out employees to complete the work in a organized and efficient manner
-Managing accounts payable and accounts receivables
-Payroll and other general booking duties.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with good communication skills and customer relations skills.
This is a full time position with a competitive salary, 401k, paid vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.
