Job Description:

A Busy Automotive Shop in Salina is currently seeking an Office Assistant.

Primary duties will include:
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Working closely with Insurance companies to submit invoices
Scheduling jobs
Making daily bank deposits
Occasionally picking delivering customer and picking up parts
Light office cleaning from time to time.

Ideal candidate will have experience answering a multi-line telephone, faxing, scanning, basic computer experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks, a strong ability to follow through with tasks to completion and a friendly customer service attitude. Some training can be provided.

The primary focus will be the accounts receivable aspect.

Candidate should be able to reconcile invoices based on vendor tickets, as well as employee time to job.

Drivers license is a must, as candidate will be making daily deposits, and commuting customers from time to time.

Hours are 8am to 5pm and Benefits include: health and dental insurance, and paid vacation.

Starting Wage between $11 and $14/hr. depending on Experience.
