RIVER FESTIVAL WORKERS
(Temporary/Seasonal)
STAGE CREW MEMBER
Duties: Assists the Stage Manager in all aspects of set-up, equipment handling & service to the entertainers; assists the Stage Manager of Stage II, Stage Manager of the Stein Stage, Sound Crew & other Festival Staff persons in carrying out their duties; maintains a cheerful & helpful attitude throughout the entire event.
Education: Eighth grade graduate minimum.
Qualifications: Must have previous experience as a stage hand at the Smoky Hill River Festival or other stage work is required.
Requirements: Must be sixteen (16) years of age or older; sixteen (16) year olds will work in a non-driving capacity; seventeen (17) year olds must possess a valid driver's license to operate utility vehicles & golf carts on city property & non-public access passageways; must have an ability to lift 75 lbs.; must be able to withstand extreme temperatures & adverse weather conditions.
Hours: 40-50 hours from June 12 - 16, 2024.
Pay: $300-400 stipend DOQ (approx. $7.50/hr.) EOE
